Start by signing up for a free trial on Shopify. You don't need to worry about renewing yet, as you can cancel once you are accepted from revolut.

Next, design a quick website and add a few products. Keep in mind that the Rev Business process is human reviewed, so they'll be checking your website, how its made and many other tings, so be sure to make it as much professional as you can.

Consider purchasing a custom domain to help with the verification process. You can add numbers or use a longer domain name to lower the price, and you can turn off renew so you're only charged once. The average price is around £10-15 per year.

After purchasing your domain, download the invoice from the email confirmation. Revolut may ask for this as proof that you own the website. Remember to convert any images to PDFs.

You should also download the invoice or order confirmation for a pair of shoes you've sold from a reputable brand like Nike. Create an invoice for the sale of the shoes using a free tool like invoicehome.com. Make sure to use the exact payout price you received in your bank account (including decimals), and add a number from within the payment on your bank statement as the invoice number if Revolut requests it.

Sign up for a Rev Business account using a professional email that matches your business name. Select "Retail" and "Clothing" and describe your business as a sole trader that sells authentic clothing items such as shoes to clients and businesses. Verify your age using your passport or driver's license (not a provisional license, as they don't accept them). Upload the necessary documents in the correct categories. For example, upload the bank statement under the "Payment Receipt" section and the order invoice under the "Contract with Supplier" section.

Once you've completed all the necessary steps, wait for Rev Business to verify your account. If you don't get accepted right away, don't worry. They'll provide notes on what to add or change if the verification fails. You can also ask for help from their live chat if the verification process is taking longer than a couple of days.
