Since there are an infinite number of shopify sites, each one different from the other, if any site doesn't work, we ask you to let us know so that we can fix it as quickly as possible. Nothing to say, if it's a normal drop, just open the product page and the extension will do everything by itself. If it is a custom drop you will have to use the manualcart mode, so you will have to manually cart the product, go to checkout and the extension will auto-fill all the payment data and pay for you.
